Senior Information and Assistance at (800) 408-4636.
Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) at the Del Norte Senior Center, 1765 Northcrest Drive by appointment only. Appointments can be made by calling (707) 464-7876.
The HICAP Program offers free Medicare counseling by appointment. Staff is also available to speak to organizations and offers Medicare workshops.
