Information & Assistance (I & A) is the gateway for information, help, and support to those in need. The I&A Specialist provides information, referral to other agencies and support through face-to-face, telephone or virtual consultations. Interested individuals can also be referred to our Aging In Place Specialist for more support.

Whether providing information to family members, ensuring access to emergency food and electricity, collaborating with other organizations to combat abuse and fraud, or partnering with federal, state and local agencies to ensure that isolated older adults are able to stay connected to their community, the I & A program is here to help older adults
stay connected, healthy and safe.
